Scans should be relatively high resolution - 300-400 DPI is the best - with the resulting file of up to 150k being quite suitable for an e-mail attachment.
Alternatively, if you don't have scanning facilities, please contact me to make arrangements. Either we can have another OP nearby to you with a scanner to do the job or we can make a plan to get the photos to me so that I can scan them and return them to you. Acknowledgement of photographer must be included wherever possible.
